These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BuilderProof (the “site”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
BuilderProof is an editorial publication that provides benchmarks, methodology, and commentary about AI app builders for general informational purposes. You may read, link to, and share our content for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it through automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or using it in violation of any applicable law.
Editorial nature of our benchmarks
Our benchmark scores, rankings, and ratings reflect the editorial judgment of the BuilderProof editorial team, produced under our published methodology. They are independent assessments based on the test brief, rubric, and environment standards documented on the site at the time of testing. No third-party operator, vendor, or sponsor directs, reviews, or approves our scores. Scores are a snapshot of the cohort as tested and may change as builders evolve or as our methodology is revised. They are opinions and informational assessments, not statements of objective fact, and not a warranty or guarantee about any builder's suitability for your particular needs.
No professional advice
Content on the site does not constitute professional, technical, legal, or commercial advice. You are responsible for evaluating any AI app builder for your own use and for any decisions you make based on our content.
Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, benchmark data, methodology, layout, and graphics, is owned by BuilderProof or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Product names, logos, and trademarks of the builders we cover belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only. You may quote or reference our content with clear attribution and a link, but you may not republish substantial portions without our permission.
User submissions
If you submit a message, correction, or challenge through our contact form, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that submission to operate and improve the site, including to evaluate and respond to it.
